This past week, we witnessed an undercover, barbaric video where Planned Parenthood was caught selling body parts of aborted babies. I have joined several of my colleagues in speaking out against Planned Parenthood'â€™s evil and depraved actions and fully support congressional investigation into the organization.

Combating Government Waste at DHS -- Second Bill Passes the House
TPA stands for Trade Promotion Authority and is often called "fast track." TPA is a process to negotiate trade agreements and is not a trade agreement on its own.

Tonight the House passed HR 2577, the Transportation, Housing, & Urban Development Appropriations Act. This bill that funds the Transportation and Housing and Urban Development Departments, as well as other agencies is in line with the FY 2016 budget passed earlier this year and holds spending almost $10 billion below the Presidentâ€™s budget request.
As the House will likely vote on granting Trade Promotion Authority this week, I am inclined to agree with Sen. Ted Cruz, Sec. Condoleeza Rice, Charles Krauthammer and others on TPA. In fact, 1.2 Million Jobs are dependent on trade in North Carolina.
